Please note : This course is comprised of 4 lessons of 2 hours each = 8 hours.

Objective:

Take your gum paste flower-making skills to an advanced level! Learn how to use gum paste to make detailed, realistic-looking flowers as if they were freshly cut, including Gerbera daisies and stargazer lilies. Plus, you’ll learn how to create a variety of leaves, blossoms and bouquet designs.

Are your cakes always the talk of the party, but you’d like to be able to do even more? Do people ask you to decorate cakes for their celebrations? Want to learn tips and techniques professional bakers on television know? Advance your skills by enrolling in Course 4 — Advanced Gum Paste Flowers!

Discover one of the most breath taking ways to decorate a cake—with realistic-looking gum paste flowers. Your Wilton Method Instructor will lead you every step of the way as you create life-like blossoms, flowers and leaves for floral arrangements that top the most beautiful cakes. You’ll be amazed at the artistic quality you can achieve as you craft Gerbera daisies, briar roses, Stargazer lilies and more.

As you learn each new technique, you’ll be closer to your sensational finale: a beautiful floral spray that showcases your skills. And, you won’t need to bring a cake to this course, so you can focus on your flowers.

When you’ve completed Course 4, you’ll have the know-how to expand your cake decorating. Plus, you’ll have had a great time sharing the excitement of decorating with other students

This class is intended for Teens and Adults (must be at least 13 years old)

Option 1 – 2 Morning Sessions (includes cleaning up time)

50% non-refundable deposit is required with the completion of your registration form this needs to be completed in a neat a today writing with the correct spelling of your name – Places are Limited

R2000 of which a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your space –
Includes your tool kit for the class AND gum paste

We offer a group booking discount – enquire about this should you wish to book for a group In addition to the above you would need to bring certain supplies to each lesson.
A supply list will be given to you on your confirmation email

A 10% discount is offered if booking all 3 or 4 courses simultaneously – One registration and one payment or a payment plan can be arranged but full course fee is due before class comences
