THIS CLASS IS A PRE-REQUISTE FOR ANY OF HOSTESS PRO SUGARCRAFT CLASSES

Grading : Beginner or anyone who wants to refresh their skills

Objective: Flawless fondant – perfect finishing – Decorating techniques

Courses designed for beginners and intermediate. Some equipment and fondant provided, you may bring your own if you wish. A Basic modelling teddy. We will be covering a polystyrene cake dummie. Should you wish to cover a cake, please bring this with you already iced perfectly or ganached perfectly.

Class Content Includes :

In the course you will learn the following :

Learn the basics of cake covering and decorating

Learn perfect finishing touches

How to cover a cake dummy

How to cover a cake board

Learn to use various modelling tools

Make a basic Fondant figurine (teddy)

Recommended Ages: Teen to Adult

Time : 8.30am for 9.00 am until approx. 4.30pm depending on the pace of the class (PLEASE

BE ON TIME) (includes cleaning up time)

Time Required: 6-7 hours depending on the pace of the class

Dress code : Apron, nails short and clean, hair tide back
